About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Zoho Developer / React.js Developer with 1–1.5 years of experience to join our technology team in Greater Noida.

In this role, you will design, customize, and automate solutions across the Zoho ecosystem while building custom front-end interfaces, portals, and widgets using React.js. You will work on real-world implementation projects, build custom Deluge scripts, manage REST API integrations with third-party tools, and communicate directly with domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Zoho Development & Automation

- Customize and build workflows, blueprints, approval processes, custom fields, and reports across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Flow.
- Write custom functions and scripts using Deluge to handle business logic and complex process automations.
- Configure and maintain dashboards, validation rules, and module layouts.

2. API & Third-Party Integrations

- Build and troubleshoot integrations between Zoho applications and external platforms using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, Webhooks, and JSON.
- Assist in integrating third-party services such as WhatsApp, Twilio, Shopify, payment gateways, and Google services.
- Handle API error handling, authentication, payload mapping, and pagination.

3. React.js & Web Development

- Develop and maintain clean, responsive web interfaces, custom dashboards, widgets, and portals using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.




- Connect React front-end components with Zoho REST APIs and back-end services (Node.js/PHP exposure is a plus).
- Debug, optimize, and maintain reusable UI code.

4. Client Communication & Delivery

- Participate in client calls to gather technical and business requirements.
- Translate client needs into practical Zoho configurations and development tasks.
- Document field mappings, technical solutions, workflow logic, and integration steps.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment of completed solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in Zoho customization, Deluge scripting, and integration projects.
- Zoho Core: Strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Deluge scripting. Practical knowledge of Creator, Books, Inventory, Analytics, or Flow.
- Front-End Development: Good command of JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Version Control: Basic working knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; confident in explaining technical solutions to clients clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools quickly.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

- Active Zoho Certifications.
- Prior experience building Zoho CRM Widgets.
- Practical experience integrating WhatsApp or Twilio APIs with Zoho.
- Basic understanding of PHP, Node.js, SQL databases, or automation tools like n8n.
