? Analytics, CTR, Retention & Watch Time

? Content Planning & Operations

? Titles, Thumbnails & Content Packaging

? Growth Experiments & Campaigns

⚙️ SOPs & Content Workflows

? Content/Video Team Management

? Driving content towards business growth

? We’re looking for someone who:





✔️ Has 4–6 years of experience in EdTech

✔️ Has hands-on experience growing YouTube channels for an EdTech/Education brand

✔️ Understands YouTube Analytics and audience behaviour

✔️ Can turn data into actionable content strategies

✔️ Has experience managing content/video teams

✔️ Loves experimenting with formats, topics, hooks, titles & thumbnails

We’re not looking for someone to simply manage a YouTube channel.

We’re looking for someone who can build and scale a YouTube growth engine.
