Company Description Goalglide Ventures, through its business solutions arm, is a multidisciplinary consultancy supporting startups, entrepreneurs, and MSMEs across India. Based in Andhra Pradesh and Kerala, the firm provides end-to-end services including company registration, legal compliance, tax and accounting, investor documentation, and business structuring. Role Description The Legal Recovery Services Intern will support the legal team in managing recovery-related matters, with a focus on documentation, compliance, and client communication. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Trivandrum, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in drafting and reviewing legal recovery documents, compiling case files, and maintaining accurate records.

The intern will help identify and track legal issues related to recoveries, coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders,



and support legal consulting activities under supervision. Additional tasks may involve conducting basic legal research, preparing reports, and contributing to process improvements in recovery and compliance workflows.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Law with an interest in legal recovery, commercial law, and compliance.
- Ability to assist with Legal Consulting activities, including client interactions and advisory support under guidance.
- Experience or coursework in Legal Document Preparation, such as drafting notices, agreements, and recovery-related documents.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to work with clients, teams, and external stakeholders.
- Capacity to identify and understand Legal Issues relevant to recovery, disputes, and regulatory requirements.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LL.B or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., MS Office, online legal research platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Professional integrity, confidentiality, and a collaborative mindset.
- Prior internship or project experience in legal services, consulting, or compliance is an advantage but not mandatory.
