Are you a sales professional with hands-on experience in the CPaaS industry? We're looking for a proactive, result-oriented Sales Manager to drive growth for our B2B CPaaS business across Bangalore, Mumbai, and Gurgaon.
⚠️ Important: Only candidates currently working in, or with prior experience in, the CPaaS industry will be considered.
About the Role
This is a full-time, field-based sales role. You'll be responsible for driving B2B CPaaS sales in your city — meeting clients, running demos, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
? Drive B2B sales for CPaaS solutions — SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, Voice,IVR, and related services
? Generate leads via outbound sales, referrals, and field visits
? Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
? Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
? Build strong relationships with CXOs, founders, and key decision-makers
? Propose customised CPaaS solutions based on client communication needs
? Coordinate with technical, operations, and legal teams for onboarding
? Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales reports
? Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
? Track market trends and competitor activity
What We're Looking For
✅ 2–3 years of B2B sales experience — must be in CPaaS (SMS, WhatsApp Business, Voice/IVR, RCS)
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✅ Comfortable with regular field sales and client visits
✅ Self-driven and able to manage an independent, target-oriented role
✅ Experience using CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Good to Have
⭐ Existing B2B client or agency network in your base city
⭐ Familiarity with DLT registration, TRAI guidelines, or telecom compliance
