Key Responsibilities

· Store & Inventory Management: Manage the setup of material received at store, ensuring materials are properly stacked, stored, labelled and maintained to prevent damage or loss.

· Material Receiving at project site: Oversee receipt of materials delivered by suppliers at project sites, including verification of quantity, quality and condition against purchase orders and delivery challans.

· Imported & High-Value Materials: Handle and monitor imported materials such as kitchen units, wooden doors, lighting fixtures and other high-value finishing materials, ensuring proper storage and handling.

· Site Material Coordination: Coordinate with site teams to ensure materials are available as per project requirements and are issued to the respective teams at the right time.

· Material Movement: Track all materials moving in and out of project sites and maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, transfers and returns.

· Installation Coordination: Coordinate with site teams and contractors to ensure materials issued for installation are properly handled and installed without damage or wastage.

· Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate the dispatch process, including planning, documentation, loading and movement of materials between stores, sites, suppliers and other locations.

· Store Audits:



Conduct regular physical audits of project stores once a quarter to verify stock accuracy, identify discrepancies and ensure proper storage standards.

· Billing & Documentation: Coordination and support to all purchase department colleagues to ensure accurate and timely process bill process.

· Site & Labor Coordination: Work closely with project managers, site engineers, contractors and labor teams to ensure smooth material movement and availability at site.

· Material Safety & Preservation: Ensure appropriate storage conditions for materials, particularly fragile, imported, wooden, electrical and high-value items.

· Reporting: Prepare regular reports on stock position, material movement, consumption, shortages, damages and discrepancies for management review

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
