Role Description The Videographer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for planning, shooting, and producing high-quality video content that supports City Innovates’ digital, marketing, and educational initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating cameras, setting up lighting, capturing video footage, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to develop storyboards and shot lists. The role also involves organizing and managing video assets,



coordinating with stakeholders to understand project objectives, and ensuring that all video output aligns with brand guidelines and technical standards.

The Videographer will contribute ideas for visual storytelling, support post-production teams with clear footage and documentation, and help maintain equipment in optimal working condition.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and collaborating with creative teams.
- Candidates should possess practical Camera Operation skills, including handling different Camera types and understanding technical settings.
- Candidates should possess hands-on abilities in Lighting and Shooting Video to ensure clear, engaging, and professional footage.
- Experience with basic video editing tools and workflows is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong visual storytelling sense, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Prior experience in corporate, marketing, or educational video projects is an advantage.
- A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
