Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Gurugram.
The Video
Editor will work closely with producers, directors, and content strategists to edit video content for media properties, branded campaigns, and creator collaborations. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, selecting and organizing clips, applying transitions, audio mixes, and color grading to achieve a polished final product. The role also involves creating motion graphics, integrating visual elements, and adapting content for multiple platforms and formats.
The Video
Editor will be expected to maintain high quality standards, meet production timelines, and contribute creative ideas that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
Qualifications
- Solid skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience in handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone and high-quality output.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and brand identity.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Good understanding of narrative structure, pacing, and visual storytelling for video-first and social platforms.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced studio environment, take feedback constructively, and deliver within deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; a strong portfolio or showreel is essential.
- Familiarity with multi-platform content adaptation, audio editing basics, and current trends in digital and creator-led media is a plus.
