We are looking for a creative professional who can combine strong video editing skills with AI-powered content creation and prompt engineering to develop high-quality, engaging visual content for multiple platforms.

Role Description The Video Editor & AI Prompting Specialist will be responsible for editing, designing, and producing video content using both traditional post-production tools and contemporary AI-based creative workflows.

The candidate will work closely with the Creative, Content, Marketing, and Production teams to transform concepts, scripts, raw footage, and creative briefs into compelling video content.

The role involves editing videos for social media, digital campaigns, brand promotions, events, corporate communication, advertisements, reels, presentations, and AI-generated content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense and storytelling ability, along with the curiosity and creativity to experiment with emerging Generative AI tools for image, video, voice, animation, and visual effects.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, digital campaigns, events, and corporate communication.
- Edit reels, promotional videos, brand films, event highlights, campaign videos, explainers, and advertisements.
- Organise and manage raw footage, audio, graphics, music, and other production assets.
- Perform video cutting, sequencing, transitions, pacing, sound design,



and basic visual effects.
- Perform colour correction and colour grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance the overall look.
- Create and integrate motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, captions, transitions, and visual effects.
- Optimise final videos for different aspect ratios and platforms, including 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1.
- Ensure all final deliverables meet required quality, technical specifications, and brand guidelines.

AI Prompting & Generative AI Content

- Create high-quality prompts for AI-generated images, videos, animations, environments, characters, product visuals, and cinematic sequences.
- Convert scripts, concepts, and storyboards into detailed AI-generation prompts and shot descriptions.
- Experiment with AI tools for text-to-image, image-to-video, text-to-video, AI avatars, voice generation, animation, visual effects, and creative enhancement.
- Develop consistent visual styles, characters, environments, compositions, and cinematic looks across AI-generated sequences.
- Understand important AI prompting concepts such as camera movement, lens selection, lighting, composition, subject movement, environment, continuity, mood, style, and temporal consistency.
- Create multiple prompt variations and refine outputs based on creative requirements.
- Combine AI-generated assets with traditionally shot footage, stock footage, motion graphics, and edited content.
- Stay updated with emerging Generative AI tools, models, workflows, and creative production techniques.
- Help the creative team identify opportunities where AI can improve speed, quality, ideation, and production efficiency.

Creative Collaboration

- Work closely with creative directors, designers, copywriters, content creators,



and marketing teams.
- Understand creative briefs and translate ideas into visually engaging content.
- Participate in brainstorming, storyboarding, shot planning, and visual development.
- Suggest creative approaches, editing styles, transitions, references, and AI-based production techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Take feedback positively and implement revisions efficiently.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of video editing and post-production workflows.
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, editing rhythm, and cinematography.
- Strong knowledge of AI prompting for creative content generation.
- Ability to write detailed and structured prompts for image and video generation.
- Understanding of camera language, cinematography, lighting, framing, movement, and visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
- Understanding of social media video formats, trends, and content requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn and experiment with new AI technologies.
