Role Summary
We are looking for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Specialist for ASBS MBA who can shoot basic campus/interview footage, but whose main strength is editing high-quality reels, ad videos, student testimonial videos, motion graphics videos, and AI-assisted video content.
The person should be able to convert raw footage, campaign ideas, placement data, student stories, and admission messages into solid video content that works on social media and lead nurturing platforms.
Core Responsibilities
1. Video Editing The candidate should be able to edit:

- Meta ad videos
- LinkedIn videos
- WhatsApp lead nurturing videos
- Student testimonial videos
- Faculty/expert videos
- Campus event videos

- Counsellor-led admission videos
- Motion graphic explainers
The person should understand hook, pacing, cuts, captions, music, transitions, thumbnail frame, CTA, and retention. 2. Motion Graphics
This is now a must-have.
The candidate should be able to create:
- Animated typography
- Lower thirds
- Logo animations
- Data animations
- Placement number animations
- Recruiter logo animations
- Career pathway animations
- Before/after comparison videos
- Animated charts and icons
- Reel-style kinetic text
Adobe After Effects remains an industry-standard tool for motion design, animated text, graphics, illustrations, and visual effects. 3. AI Video Creation The candidate should know how to use AI tools for faster production.
They should be able to create:
