Sugar360, a brand of Zenvia Health Pvt. Ltd., is a connected diabetes care platform built for a country where most people with diabetes are either undiagnosed or diagnosed but poorly managed. We combine structured, doctor-led care with a connected app that keeps patients engaged between visits, not just during them, so managing the condition becomes a daily habit instead of an occasional consultation. We're an early-stage startup building this from the ground up.

About the Role

We're looking for a Video & Content Creator to create engaging content across our digital channels. The role focuses primarily on video production and editing, including reels, short-form videos, podcasts, interviews, and other digital content.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with the team to turn scripts, raw footage, and content briefs into polished, engaging content ready to publish.

What You'll Do

- Edit reels, short-form videos, podcasts, interviews, and other digital content
- Take raw footage and briefs and turn them into polished, engaging videos
- Handle editing end to end, including cuts, pacing, transitions, subtitles, audio and basic motion graphics
- Edit podcast and interview footage into both long-form and short-form content




- Support video shoots and basic camera, lighting, and audio requirements when needed
- Adapt content for Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms
- Work with the clinical and content teams to ensure health-related content is accurate and easy to understand
- Maintain consistency in Sugar360's visual style and content quality
- Use AI tools where they can meaningfully improve the content production workflow

- What We're Looking For

- Strong interest in video editing and digital content creation
- Positive understanding of pacing, storytelling and visual composition
- Working knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools
- A portfolio, reel or work samples that demonstrate your editing ability
- Ability to turn raw footage into clean, engaging final videos
- Attention to detail, especially with subtitles, audio, transitions and visual consistency
- Ability to work independently, take feedback and meet deadlines in a fast-moving startup environment

Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video shoots, podcast/interview production, cameras, lighting, audio or AI tools for content creation.
