Scope: Scriptwriting, shooting, and editing

We’re hiring someone who can turn a rough idea into a finished video, with a strong eye for storytelling, lighting, framing, and colour.

You’ll work directly with our marketing lead and founders on product demos, founder videos, brand stories, and behind-the-scenes content. Our marketing lead will provide product context, content priorities, and final approval, and handle publishing. You’ll own video concepts, scripts, shooting, and post-production.

What you’ll do

- Turn product briefings and rough ideas into video concepts and scripts with strong hooks, natural dialogue, visual cues, and appropriate calls to action.
- Refine scripts with the marketing lead and confirm product accuracy before shooting.
- Prepare shot lists and manage camera setup, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
- Guide founders and team members to deliver naturally on camera.
- Shoot product explainers, interviews, office moments, events, and team outings.
- Edit videos with engaging pacing, accurate subtitles, supporting footage, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Handle colour correction and grading to maintain a consistent visual style.




- Incorporate screen recordings and approved agent-call audio into transparent, engaging videos.
- Organise batch shoots, typically recording five or six videos per session where suitable.
- Maintain organised footage, project files, backups, and final exports.

What we’re looking for
- A portfolio showing work you have personally scripted, shot, and edited, with your contribution clearly identified.
- Strong scriptwriting skills and the ability to explain technical ideas simply.
- Practical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, composition, and audio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, including colour grading.
- Working knowledge of After Effects or equivalent motion graphics tools.
- Creative judgment, attention to detail, clear communication, and ownership of deadlines.
- Availability for in-person office and event shoots in Gurgaon.

Experience with founder content, brand films, product videos, or interviews is relevant. Your portfolio matters more than your degree.

What success looks like

Deliver 15–20 finished videos per month, depending on complexity and the agreed calendar. Help build and maintain a minimum fifteen-day reserve of approved content alongside the marketing lead.
