We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Operations Services to oversee the company’s operational service functions and drive scalable operational excellence. This role will lead the development of operational frameworks, optimize cross-functional processes, and ensure that service delivery supports the company’s growth, efficiency, and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies, frameworks, and performance standards aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across multiple functions.

Establish scalable processes, controls, and operating procedures to support organizational growth.

Lead, develop, and evaluate operations teams while establishing clear performance targets and accountability.

Partner with Finance, Business, Technology, Compliance, and other senior stakeholders to improve cross-functional operational efficiency.

Monitor operational KPIs, service quality, resource utilization, and cost performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Assess operational risks and implement appropriate controls, escalation procedures, and mitigation strategies.





Lead process optimization and automation initiatives to improve productivity, scalability, and service reliability.

Oversee operational budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning to support business priorities.

Prepare operational performance reports and provide senior management with data-driven recommendations.

Support strategic initiatives, organizational expansion, and the implementation of recent products or services from an operational perspective.

Ensure operational activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies, established controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.

Demonstrated experience managing complex operational functions and leading cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of operational governance, process optimization, performance management, and risk controls.

Ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable operational plans and execution priorities.

Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international, and growth-oriented environment.
