About The Opportunity A fast-growing venture studio in the Indian startup ecosystem, we back bold, early-stage founders building category-defining tech companies across fintech, SaaS, climate tech, and AI. Our team works remotely from across India, partnering deeply with founders—not just as investors, but as co-architects of their go-to-market, product, and hiring strategies. Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end investment thesis development for 1–2 high-potential sectors (e.g., AI-native tools, rural fintech, or climate infrastructure).
- Source, screen, and diligence 50+ early-stage startups monthly—from pitch decks to founder interviews to financial modeling.
- Lead deal execution: term sheet negotiation, cap table structuring, and legal documentation with external counsel.
- Act as an operational partner post-investment: help founders scale team, refine GTM, and prep for next rounds.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with accelerators, angel groups,



and corporate innovation teams across India.
- Represent the fund at industry events, podcasts, and founder summits to amplify brand and sourcing funnel.
