Role Overview -

As our Senior UX/UI &

Experience Designer, you will take ownership of improving the overall experience and visual quality of our website, landing pages, marketing creatives, and digital touchpoints. You will work closely with the founding team to translate business objectives into engaging digital experiences, identify opportunities for improvement, and establish a consistent, premium design language across our web presence. We are specifically looking for a senior professional who can work independently, bring strong design judgment, and take projects from concept to execution with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibility -

- Website Experience & UX/UI Design

- Evaluate and improve the overall user experience, usability, and visual quality of the UnleashX website.
- Identify friction points in user journeys and recommend improvements to navigation, information architecture, and conversion flows.
- Design intuitive, visually compelling, and responsive web experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Improve website layouts, landing pages, product pages, and other key digital touchpoints.
- Translate complex AI and enterprise product capabilities into clear, accessible, and engaging visual experiences.
- Maintain consistency across typography, spacing,



components, interactions, and design systems.

- Motion Graphics & Interactive Experiences
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and micro-interactions that enhance the website experience.
- Design engaging product animations, feature demonstrations, scroll-based interactions, and visual storytelling elements.
- Develop motion concepts that make complex AI workflows and product capabilities easier to understand.
- Ensure animations are purposeful, smooth, performance-conscious, and aligned with the brand's premium positioning.

- Marketing & Creative Design

- Design high-quality digital creatives for advertisements, campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing initiatives.
- Create motion-based ad creatives, promotional graphics, product visuals, and supporting brand assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into visually compelling creative assets.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across the website, advertisements, and marketing communication.

- Design Ownership & Collaboration

- Work directly with the founding team to understand business goals, product priorities, and design requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the website and overall brand experience.
- Present design concepts, explain design decisions, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage assigned projects independently while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, animations, and interactions.

Required Experience & Skills




- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI, product design, digital experience design, or a closely related field.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating exceptional website design, UX thinking, visual design, and interactive experiences.
- Proven experience designing premium, modern, high-converting websites, preferably for SaaS, AI, B2B, or technology companies.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, responsive layouts, and conversion-focused experiences.
- Experience creating motion graphics, website animations, micro-interactions, and engaging digital visuals.
- Proficiency in Figma and relevant motion design tools such as After Effects, Rive, or Lottie-based workflows.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to translate complex products and business requirements into simple, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences.
- Experience collaborating with developers and understanding the practical implementation of design concepts.
- Ability to work independently, make informed design decisions, and take ownership of outcomes.
