Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across LATAM markets.n
- Identify, evaluate and manage distributors, partners and business associates.n
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential LATAM partners.n
- Develop commercial proposals, business models and partnership agreements.n
- Handle commercial negotiations related to pricing, margins, volumes, payment terms and contracts.n
- Analyze market size, competition, pricing, product demand and business potential.n
- Identify new product and market opportunities.n
- Prepare business cases, sales projections and P&L; for potential opportunities.n
- Coordinate with Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D; and Commercial teams.n
- Support pharmaceutical product registration and regulatory activities in LATAM markets.n
- Track sales performance, forecasts and market developments.n
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.n
- Support market-entry strategies and product launches.n

- 7–9 years relevant experience for Manager level.n
- 10–12 years relevant experience for Sr. Manager level.n
- Strong experience in Business Development / International Business Development.n
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.n
- Hands-on experience with LATAM markets highly preferred.n
- Experience in pharma exports / international business / B2B sales.n
- Strong experience in distributor and partner management.n
- Experience in commercial negotiations and contract discussions.n
- Strong understanding of market analysis and business development.n
- Experience in business cases, forecasting and P&L.;n
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.n
- Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.n
