- Analyse and input data into systems / databases N
- Process requests basis various rules (both subjective and objective judgement involved) N
- Participate in trainingsessions to enhance knowledge and skills. N
- Daily and weekly reports as per the set process and guidelines. N
- Achieve Quality, Productivity, and timely delivery as per the deadlines. N

nQualification and Experience

- 0-3 years of expertise in Insurance (Property and Casualty preferrable) N
- Basic excel knowledge such as using VLOOKUP and running pivots N
- Excellent analytical skills, Willingness to learn new things. N
- Positive written and verbalcommunication skills N
- Customer orientation tomeet/exceed the expectations and requirements of customers N
- Planning and organizingskills to ensure deliveries within defined timelines with accuracy N
- Ability to stay focusedfor extended period. N
