Position Details

Role: Saviynt Support Engineer (L3)

n

Location: Bengaluru (Work Location)

n

Experience: 8+ Years

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide L3 support and implementation expertise for Saviynt IGA solutions.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and critical incidents.
n
- Develop, customize, and support Saviynt workflows, forms, and integrations.
n
- Collaborate with global teams and customer stakeholders.
n
- Support access reviews, certifications, provisioning, and governance processes.
n
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
n

n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- 8+ years of experience in Saviynt IGA development, implementation, or support.
n
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on L3 Support experience in Saviynt.
n
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts including:
n
- Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML)
n
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
n
- Provisioning & Access Governance
n
- Excellent knowledge of Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, and scripting languages.
n
- Hands-on experience with Access Reviews and Certifications in Saviynt.
n




- Strong Java debugging and troubleshooting skills.
n
- Good understanding of LDAP concepts and directory services.
n
- Experience with Saviynt workflows, forms, and other platform components.
n
- Exposure to application/web servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
n
- Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience.
n
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during critical incidents.
n
- Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
n
