As a Managed Services Associate 2, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients across various functions, helping them streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to deliver value to our clients. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and review daily cash movements and investment activity across funds and SPVs

• Review and oversee fund-level and deal-level credit facility activity

• Prepare and review investment, follow-on, and distribution wire transfers

• Prepare, review, and maintain fund accounting records, including journal entries and general ledger activity

• Oversee expense allocations and invoice processing across funds, portfolio entities, and management companies

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, including related financial disclosures

• Prepare and review investor capital account statements

• Calculate, review, and oversee the billing of management fees and fund expenses

• Prepare and review carried interest and waterfall calculations in accordance with fund governing documents

• Prepare and oversee capital calls and investor distributions

• Respond to investor inquiries with a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism





• Lead or actively participate in quarterly financial close and firm-wide reporting processes

• Support regulatory, compliance, and audit-related reporting requirements

• Participate in technology implementation and enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, user testing, and

process integration

• Lead or contribute to special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required

• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international team workplace

• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset, prioritizing accuracy, timeliness, and responsiveness

• Highly motivated self-starter with strong ownership mentality and attention to detail

• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Knowledge of fund accounting and reporting systems such as Investran, LemonEdge, and/or Anaplan is a strong advantage

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

Experience:

3-5 years of relevant experience in –

• Private equity, real estate, or credit fund administration and/or public accounting

• Strong understanding of alternative investment fund structures, capital activity, and investor reporting

• Demonstrated experience with private equity, real estate, or credit fund waterfall calculations, including preferred return and carried interest allocations, and the ability to independently review and validate results

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
