Bangalore International School (BIS) is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Female Physical Education Teacher to join our team.

Position: Female PE Teacher – Swimming & Sports

n

Location: Bangalore

n

Experience: Prior experience in a school workplace preferred

n

Key Requirements

n

n
- B.P.Ed. or M.P.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
n
- Strong experience and/or demonstrated expertise in Swimming and other sports.
n
- Prior school teaching experience is preferred.
n
- Ability to plan and conduct engaging PE lessons for students of different age groups.
n
- Good knowledge of sports, fitness, physical conditioning, and student safety.
n
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
n




- Passion for promoting physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
n

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct PE and swimming sessions for students.
n
- Coach students in swimming and other sporting activities.
n
- Organise and support sports events, competitions, and school activities.
n
- Ensure appropriate safety practices during PE and swimming sessions.
n
- Identify and encourage students with potential in different sports.
n
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for students.
