S R Traders is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our team in Mulund West. If you are a B-Com graduate with a solid grasp of Tally and a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview

- Location: Mulund West (On-site)
n
- Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
n
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a Half Day)
n
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
n
- Joining Status: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

n

Your role will involve managing the day-to-day financial operations of the firm. Core duties include:

n

- Tally Management: Generating sales invoices and maintaining daily entries for purchases, sales, and receipts.
n
- Payments: Managing vendor bills and timely processing of utility bill payments.
n
- Payroll: Handling the end-to-end salary processing for employees.
n
- Banking & Liaison: Coordinating with banks for various transactions and requirements.
n
- CA Coordination:



Preparing and sharing financial data with the Chartered Accountant for finalization and audit purposes.
n
- Documentation: Ensuring all accounting files and physical documents are organized and filed correctly.
n

Candidate Requirements

n
- Education: Minimum B-Com degree.
n
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in Tally is mandatory.
n
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Attributes: Must be a quick learner, able to multitask effectively, and professional in approach.
n
- Availability: Ready to join immediately.
