- Take complete ownership of Bengaluru sales and branch performance. N
- Sell AXN CRM, CallTrackAI and other SaaS-based business solutions. N
- Manage TallyPrime sales, renewals, services and implementation opportunities. N
- Understand customer problems and recommend suitable automation solutions. N
- Conduct product demonstrations and close qualified opportunities. N
- Develop and execute regional marketing and lead-generation plans. N
- Build relationships with MSMEs, CAs, accountants and channel partners. N
- Recruit, train and develop the Bengaluru sales and coordination team. N
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, quotations and closures through CRM. N
- Coordinate with AXN's technical, service, marketing and implementation teams. N
- Build a predictable pipeline and submit weekly performance reports. N

nRequired Experience and Skills

- n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B software sales. N
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and closing business solutions. N




- Experience in team handling and performance development. N
- Solid product-presentation, negotiation and closing skills. N
- Working knowledge of TallyPrime and business accounting processes. N
- Ability to create and execute local marketing strategies. N
- Strong CRM usage, follow-up and reporting discipline. N
- Existing Bengaluru MSME, CA or channel-partner network will be an advantage. N

nLanguage Requirements

- Kannada communication is mandatory. N
- Strong working English is required. N
- Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi will be an added advantage. N
