Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US IT staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and experience sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies.

The recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, working with candidates and vendors, and supporting staffing requirements for clients in the United States.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of the US staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.




- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners.
- Familiarity with VMS/MSP recruitment processes.
- Experience using ATS/CRM platforms such as Ceipal.
- Strong candidate validation and screening skills.
- Willingness to work US shifts.
