- Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for US-based clients
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods to identify candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Requirements
- Experience : 2-4 years (Male/Female)
- English speaking and writing is must.
- Ability to work in night shift.
