About the Role

We are seeking talented accounting professionals with hands-on experience in US Accounting who are eager to build a long-term, rewarding career in the US accounting domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting fundamentals, high attention to detail, and a willingness to work with US clients and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
- Pass month-end and year-end journal entries
- Support financial review and management reporting
- Handle payroll compliance (Forms 940/941) and assist in sales tax filings
- Coordinate with clients for routine queries and ensure timely deliverables
- Monitor workflow for assigned clients and maintain quality standards
- Support onboarding of recent clients and assist junior team members




- Identify and escalate accounting issues and discrepancies
- Participate in trainings and upskill on accounting tools

Candidate Requirements

- CPA, Chartered Accountant, or Semi-Qualified CA with a minimum of 3 years of articleship.
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles, including finalisation of accounts, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the US Accounting and Taxation framework.
- Excellent analytical ability and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel;

experience with accounting and tax software will be an added advantage.
