About Next Quarter

Next Quarter is a Shopify CRO and growth agency working with DTC fashion and lifestyle brands. We help founders turn traffic into revenue through conversion audits, A/B testing, store design and performance marketing, all run on 90-day growth roadmaps. We currently partner with 35+ brands across India and are expanding into Australia, the UAE and the US.

The Role

You'll design the pages that real shoppers use every day. This isn't a mock-project internship. Your work will go live on client stores, get tested against the original, and be judged by one thing: did it sell more?

What you'll do

- Design Shopify storefronts, product pages, collection pages, carts and landing pages in Figma
- Create A/B test variants based on CRO audit findings
- Review heatmaps and session recordings (Microsoft Clarity) to spot where shoppers drop off
- Build and maintain design systems for client brands
- Hand off clean, developer-ready files to our Shopify developers
- Support with pitch decks, case studies and visual assets for Next Quarter itself

What we're looking for





- A portfolio showing UI/UX work (student, freelance and personal projects all count)
- Strong Figma skills: auto layout, components and variants
- Solid grasp of visual hierarchy, typography and mobile-first design
- Curiosity about why people buy, not just how a page looks
- Explicit communication and comfort taking feedback and iterating quickly

Nice to have

- Experience designing for Shopify or any e-commerce store
- Familiarity with CRO concepts or A/B testing
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or Shopify themes
- An eye for fashion and lifestyle brands
