Position:Tournament Administration & Operations Intern

? Location: Surat, Gujarat

⏳ Internship | Sports & Event Management

This is not a role limited to one department. The selected candidate will work closely with the SUPER 6s management team and be involved in the day-to-day backend execution of the championship.

Key Resp onsibilities

- Managi ng official emails & WhatsApp communication• Complet e backend administration & documentation• Team re gistrations and team-owner/manager coordination• Payment reminders, follow-ups & payment-status tracking• Maintai ning player/team databases and documents• Handlin g incoming sponsor & partnership enquiries• Sharing approved sponsorship proposals and presentations• Sponsor

/partner follow-ups & meeting coordination• Maintai ning Google Sheets, Drive, trackers & reports• Vendor,

hospitality & partner coordination• Calls,

meetings and scheduling• Interna l coordination with Operations, Digital Media, Design & Management teams• Daily t ask tracking and follow-ups• Support ing on-ground tournament operations when required

Who Are

We Looking For?

Someone who is proactive, responsible,



organized and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Positive com munication skills in English & Hindi, knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, professional email communication and strong follow-up skills are important.

Knowledg eof Gujarati and previous exposure to sports, events, administration, sponsorship or operations will be an advantage.

? Candidates from Gujarat are preferred, with Surat-based candidates having an added advantage.

What You’ll Learn

This int ernship provides hands-on exposure to the backend of building and managing a sports property - from team administration and tournament operations to sponsorship coordination, commercial communication and event execution.
