Role Description The Training Manager role at Airtel is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra.

The Training

Manager will design, implement, and oversee training programs for sales, customer service, and operations teams to enhance performance and product knowledge. This role includes conducting training needs assessments, creating learning materials, delivering classroom and on-the-job training sessions, and coordinating with business leaders to align training outcomes with organizational goals.

and will continuously refine programs for improved engagement and impact. The role also involves managing training schedules, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in training design, delivery, and evaluation, including experience with classroom, on-the-job, and digital learning methods.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and simplify complex concepts.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and aligning training initiatives with business objectives.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple training programs and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Familiarity with telecom products and services, preferably 5G and digital solutions, and an understanding of customer service and sales processes.
- Experience using learning management systems (LMS), basic data analysis for training metrics, and proficiency in standard office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field; professional training or L&D; certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, work independently in office, and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
