At Natura X , we believe clear skin isn't a luxury. It's a right. Founded by three IIM Lucknow alumni, we are a D2C wellness & skincare brand on a mission to provide holistic, personalized, doctor-led Ayurvedic care for 100M Indians living with chronic skin conditions like psoriasis, eczema and dermatitis.

With 25 doctors on board and 15,000 patients successfully treated through our doctor-led approach , we're just getting started on our mission.

We have offices in Calicut, Coimbatore and Bangalore, and we are currently in a strong growth phase.

Role Overview

When a customer enquiries about Natura X services, the enquiry is routed to our Sales Team. Your role is to connect with the customer, understand the nature of their issue in detail, assess if it is a genuine enquiry,

counsel them about our approach, convert it into a qualified lead, and forward it to our doctors for consultation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer enquiries via Call, WhatsApp & Chat.
- Engage empathetically with customers to understand their concerns and gather relevant details.
- Validate and qualify genuine enquiries.
- Counsel and educate customers about Natura X's holistic care model.
- Convert qualified enquiries into leads and coordinate with the doctor consultation team.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Deliver a compassionate and high-quality customer experience.

Skills & Requirements

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Experience: Minimum 1-4 Years in Sales / (D2C / Healthcare telesales /Telecom Sales/ Wellness preferred)
- Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam is MANDATORY.
- Preferred: Fluency in Tamil and Kannada will be Highly Desirable.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset.
- Prior experience in Telesales is a plus.
