Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or data entry may also be considered.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, lead generation, data entry, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers may also apply if they have good communication, customer-handling, and convincing skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with leads and assist in converting potential customers into sales.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.




- Record call details, customer responses, follow-ups, and sales activities accurately.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Collect customer information and relevant business data.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Perform data entry and ensure customer records are accurate and up to date.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-up.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Respect customer privacy and follow applicable telemarketing and Do Not Call requirements.

Additional Languages – Advantage

Candidates who can communicate in any of the following Indian languages will have an advantage:

- Malayalam
- Kannada
- Telugu

Knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage, particularly when handling customers from different states of India.
