Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Executive – Media Ops and Servicing to support the execution and management of digital advertising campaigns. This role involves campaign setup, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
/n
Key Responsibilities:
/n
/n
- Set up and manage digital ad campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, Display, etc.).
/n
- Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and budget utilization.
/n
- Handle ad trafficking, including creative uploads and tracking implementation.
/n
- Ensure accurate targeting, placement, and delivery of campaigns.
/n
- Generate campaign performance reports and highlight key insights.
/n
- Identify and escalate technical issues related to ads and tracking.
/n
- Support client servicing by sharing updates and managing expectations.
/n
- Assist in pitch preparation, including proposals and presentations.
/n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
/n
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends and best practices.
/n

Preferred Skills:
/n
/n
- 1–2.5 years of experience in digital media, ad operations, or campaign management.
/n
- Understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Display Networks.
/n
- Knowledge of campaign setup, ad trafficking, tracking implementation, and reporting.
/n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
/n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
/n
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
/n
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
/n
- Awareness of digital advertising trends, media amplification, and campaign optimization techniques.
/n
- Prior experience in Ad Ops or media servicing will be an added advantage.
