Content Creator (Doctor Shadow)

Location: Mumbai (Clinic) | Work from the clinic, with travel within the city

Experience: Prior reels, vlogs, or content work is a plus, but not mandatory.

Gynoveda is India's first Ayurveda Couple Fertility Clinic. 50+ clinics across India. 100+ doctors—20,000+ babies born through our treatment. We treat period health, PCOS, and infertility at the root cause.

About the Role:

/n

One creator, one doctor. You are mapped to a Gynoveda doctor, and you shadow them at their clinic. What they do throughout the day- consultations, procedures, conversations with patients, and the small moments in between- becomes reels on the doctor's own Instagram.

/n

You are in the clinic, not at a desk. You shoot on a phone as things happen. You ask the doctor questions on camera. You do the basic edit yourself, and you publish. Nothing is scripted.

/n

Much of the day is inside consultation rooms where women talk about periods, PCOS, and fertility. Patient comfort comes before the shot.

/n

What You Will Own:

/n

/n

- Time in the clinic with your mapped doctor, on a regular schedule

/n

- Questions to the doctor on camera, and conversations with patients where appropriate and permitted, to surface real stories and insights

/n

- Capturing what the doctor is doing throughout the day: a consultation, a procedure, general clinic life

/n

- Shooting on a phone and adapting to unscripted moments as they happen

/n





- The basic edit, on InShot, Cap Cut, or similar: cuts, sound check, subtitles. No logo work, no heavy B-roll

/n

- The caption for each video

/n

- Publishing to the doctor's personal Instagram handle; you may post on your own handle too

/n

- Flagging videos that perform well organically; these may be boosted, with Gynoveda added as a collaborator

/n

- Travel within Mumbai to be where your doctor is

/n

This Role Is Not for You If:

- You need a script and a shot list before you can press record

- You would rather edit at a desk than shoot in a room where something is happening

- You want a studio setup with a crew and lights. This is a phone and the clinic as it is.

- Being on camera yourself is not something you enjoy

/n

- Traveling across Mumbai to be at a clinic most days does not work for you

/n
