Video Producer – Production & Shoot Execution

About the Role:

/n

We are looking for a hands-on video producer with strong experience in video production, cinematography, camera handling, and on-ground shoot execution.

/n

The role is ideal for someone who is comfortable independently handling professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and production setups and can execute shoots based on creative briefs and production requirements.

/n

The candidate will work closely with creative and production teams to bring concepts to life and ensure smooth, high-quality execution across different shooting environments.

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Execute video shoots based on creative briefs and production plans.

/n

- Independently operate professional cameras, lenses, and other camera equipment.

/n

- Handle camera settings, exposure, focus, framing, and composition.

/n

- Set up and operate professional lighting and audio equipment.

/n

- Handle gimbals, tripods, and other production equipment.

/n

- Manage on-location shoots across different environments.

/n

- Ensure the required visual output and production quality are achieved.

/n

- Guide on-screen talent during shoots when required.

/n

- Coordinate with creative teams, production crew, talent, and other stakeholders.

/n

- Troubleshoot technical and on-ground production challenges.

/n

- Manage and handle production equipment responsibly.

/n

- Review and organize footage after shoots.

/n

- Perform basic video editing,



footage assembly, and color corrections when required.

/n

- Coordinate with post-production teams for editing, ccolorgrading, sound design, and final delivery.

/n

- Hands-on experience with professional lighting and audio equipment.

/n

- Experience in on-location and commercial shoots.

/n

- Ability to independently handle camera and production equipment.

/n

- Experience with gimbals and other professional shooting equipment.

/n

- Robust problem-solving skills during shoots.

/n

- Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple shoots.

/n

- Ability to work closely with creative teams and execute concepts on the ground.

- Adobe Premiere Pro – Basic to Intermediate

Preferred Industry Experience:

Experience in e-commerce, D2C, consumer brands, retail, lifestyle, advertising, commercial production, or other product-based brands will be preferred.
