HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – USA MARKET

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 7–8 years of B2B sales/business development experience in diamonds & jewellery.

/n

Qualification: PGDM / MMS / MBA

/n

Travel: Extensive international travel

/n

We are looking for a BDM with strong experience in the diamonds & jewellery industry to drive B2B business in the US market.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Acquire and grow B2B clients in the US.

/n

- Manage existing accounts and drive client share.

/n

- Handle hunting & farming of key accounts.

/n

- Support product development and merchandising.

/n

- Track US market trends, competitors and business opportunities.

/n

- Lead client negotiations and ensure robust customer relationships.

/n





- Travel internationally for client meetings and trade shows.

/n

/n

Key Requirements

/n

/n

- 7–8 years of B2B sales/business development experience in diamonds & jewellery.

/n

- Strong product and merchandising knowledge.

/n

- Proven hunting and farming experience.

/n

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

/n

- Valid US B1 Visa is mandatory.

/n

- Willingness to travel extensively.

/n
