Role Overview
/n
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our Delhi team. The successful candidate will support Senior Designers in delivering innovative, functional and technically sound corporate workplace interiors from concept through construction.
/n
The role requires strong space-planning and technical documentation skills, a collaborative approach and the ability to manage assigned design tasks independently within project timelines.
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n
Design Development
/n
/n
- Support Senior Designers in developing workplace design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and presentation content.
/n
- Prepare space plans, test fits, furniture layouts and design studies that reflect project briefs, functionality, ergonomics and brand requirements.
/n
- Assist in developing design solutions through concept, schematic design, design development and construction documentation stages.
/n
- Research materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment suitable for workplace projects.
/n
/n
Technical Documentation
/n
/n
- Produce accurate drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details, furniture layouts and finish schedules.
/n
- Develop and coordinate design documentation using AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
/n
- Ensure drawings and design deliverables comply with project standards, client requirements and internal quality expectations.
/n
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to resolve design and technical issues.
/n
/n
Coordination and Project Delivery
/n
/n
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and consultants on furniture, materials, finishes and technical information.
/n
- Support site visits, design clarifications, material reviews and coordination with project delivery teams when required.
/n
- Work closely with Senior Designers, Project Managers and Construction teams to help ensure design intent is maintained through execution.
/n
- Organise project files, drawing registers, samples and design documentation effectively.
/n
/n
AI and Technology Adaptability
/n
/n
- Demonstrate openness to adopting approved AI-enabled tools and digital workflows to improve research, visualisation, presentation preparation and design efficiency.
/n
- Use AI tools responsibly, with appropriate review of outputs and adherence to M Moser's confidentiality, copyright and data-security guidelines.
/n
/n
Qualifications and Experience
/n
/n
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
/n
- 4–5 years of relevant qualified experience in interior design, preferably corporate workplace interiors, commercial interiors or hospitality projects.
/n
- Strong understanding of space planning, ergonomics, materials, finishes and interior-design principles.
/n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Power Point; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
/n
- Knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows is an advantage.
/n
- Valuable presentation, communication and coordination skills.
/n
- Ability to work collaboratively, take ownership of assigned tasks and meet project deadlines.
/n
- A strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, space planning and technical documentation is required.
