WE'RE HIRING | SENIOR SCIENTIST / SCIENTIST – COSMETIC R&D;

Brinton Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate Cosmetic Formulation Scientist to join our R&D; team in Pune and contribute to the development of the next generation of dermatology-led skincare and dermo-cosmetic innovations.

THE ROLE

/n

We are looking for a strong hands-on scientist who can take an idea from:

/n

Concept → Formulation → Prototype → Stability → Scale-up → Commercialisation

/n

The role will involve developing differentiated formulations, evaluating new ingredients and technologies, solving complex formulation challenges, and translating scientific concepts into commercially successful products for India and international markets.

/n

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

/n

/n

- M. Pharm / M. Sc. / B. Pharm / or relevant qualification in Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or related disciplines

/n

- Strong hands-on experience in cosmetic / dermo-cosmetic formulation R&D;

/n

- Deep understanding of active ingredients, excipients, emulsions, surfactants, rheology, preservatives and advanced delivery systems

/n

- Experience in formulation optimisation, compatibility, stability studies,



technology transfer and scale-up

/n

- Understanding of Indian and preferably international cosmetic regulatory requirements

/n

- Ability to evaluate emerging ingredients, technologies and global skincare innovation trends

/n

- Solid scientific curiosity, problem-solving ability and an innovation mindset

/n

- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Manufacturing, Medical and Business teams

/n
