Type : FTE on Nam Info Pvt Ltd payroll Deployed at Pune Client location office.

Role overview

/n

The role is focused on NiCE NTR-x enterprise recording/compliance solutions, particularly for banking and financial-services customers. Typical responsibilities include:

/n

/n

- Installing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting NiCE NTR-x / Verint recording platforms.

/n

- Troubleshooting Windows Server, IP/SIP, RTP, VoIP, TCP/UDP, LAN/WAN and telephony issues.

/n

- Using Wireshark and log analysis for troubleshooting.

/n

- Working with SQL and basic Shell/Power Shell scripting.

/n

- Integrating with platforms such as Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft Teams, and Amazon Connect.

/n

- Supporting AWS/Azure, VMware/Citrix, Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, DNS, HA/DR, and database migrations.

/n

- Leading customer-facing technical discussions and supporting UAT/testing
