Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Manage customer onboarding, KYC and customer master data.

/n

- Handle pricing inputs including diamond rates, labour charges, gold loss and other commercial parameters.

/n

- Manage end-to-end sales orders from quotation to invoicing and dispatch.

/n

- Coordinate with Design, Production, QC, Certification, Logistics and Finance teams.

/n

- Track order TATs, delivery timelines and documentation accuracy.

/n

- Lead the back-office team, allocate work and monitor productivity.

/n





- Ensure accuracy in pricing, billing and order processing.

/n

/n

Key Requirements

/n

/n

- 3–8 years of experience in Sales Operations / Back Office, preferably in jewellery.

/n

- Strong understanding of diamonds, gold, jewellery costing and order processing.

/n

- Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination.

/n

- Good ERP/CRM skills; jewellery ERP experience preferred.

/n

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.

/n
