THE JOB

n

Launch a two-wheeler financing program for home service experts (plumbers, electricians, etc.). Experts currently walk/cycle between jobs, wasting time and limiting earnings. We're financing bikes so they work faster and earn more.

You'll own everything: negotiate with financing partners, onboard experts, track daily progress, solve problems, scale if it works.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Partner with financing companies & two-wheeler vendors
n




- Identify and onboard 100 experts (Month 1-3)
n
- Track daily metrics: Are experts earning more? Working longer? Happy?
n
- Visit experts 2-3 days/week, understand ground reality
n
- Scale to 100% adoption within experts if pilot succeeds
n

WHO YOU ARE

- 2-3 years in a quick-moving company (food delivery, mobility, fintech)
n
- Strong with numbers, comfortable with ambiguity
n
- Hustler mentality - solve problems, don't wait for perfect info
n
- Grounded - from humble background, understand real people's problems

- Ambitious - want to grow and scale
