Senior Software Engineer – Frontend (Voice AI)

The Role

n

We are looking for a product-minded Senior Software Engineer – Frontend to build polished, reliable, and intuitive experiences for our Voice AI product. You will own major parts of the frontend experience for AI-led interviews and conversational workflows. This includes creating interfaces that make complex real-time AI interactions feel clear, trustworthy, responsive, and easy to use for candidates, recruiters, and enterprise customers. This is a high-ownership role for an engineer who cares equally about code quality, product experience, and customer impact.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Build and scale high-quality frontend applications for Voice AI, AI-led interviews, conversational workflows, call experiences, and analytics.
n
- Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
n
- Work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and AI/ML teams to translate customer needs into thoughtful end-to-end product experiences.
n
- Build interfaces for real-time states such as call progress, conversation status, AI responses, transcripts, interview configuration, results, and quality insights.
n
- Create reusable, maintainable component systems using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.
n
- Manage complex client-side application state using Redux, Zustand, and server-state tools such as React Query.
n
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, real-time services, WebSocket
n
- Improve performance, accessibility, reliability,



and usability across desktop and mobile web experiences.
n
- Establish and maintain frontend engineering standards through code reviews, testing, documentation, and design-system practices.
n
- Partner with the team to identify product gaps, run experiments, and continuously improve the customer experience.
n
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 3–5 years of professional frontend engineering experience building production web applications.
n
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js — this is a must-have requirement.
n

n

● Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.

n

n
- Experience managing complex client and server state using Redux, Zustand, and/or React Query.
n
- Strong experience building responsive user interfaces using Tailwind CSS and component libraries such as shadcn/ui.
n
- Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture, including component composition, rendering strategies, state management, caching, routing, and API integration.
n
- Experience integrating with REST APIs, WebSockets, or other real-time data systems.
n
- Strong attention to UI quality, performance, accessibility, and detail.
n
- Experience writing maintainable, well-tested frontend code and participating in code reviews.
n
- A strong product mindset: you care about making complex workflows simple, intuitive, and valuable for customers.
n
- Comfort working in a quick-paced environment, handling ambiguity, and independently driving features from idea to production.
n
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
