- You analyze and solve complex technical problems in collaboration with other IT teamsn
- Documentation: You create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge databases and support processes to improve efficiency in the support teamn
- Proactive monitoring: You implement monitoring tools for proactive system monitoring and early detection of potential issuesn
- Release to Production:



Packaging and rollout coordination, rollout monitoring (ticket analysis) and the creation of changes and administrative orders as well as associated scriptsn
- Project support: You participate in IT projects, including the introduction of new technologies and systems as well as the optimization of existing processesn
- Customer interaction: You are in email contact with internal customers, clarifying technical inquiries and offering solutionsn

nQualifications

- Several years of experience (8+) in programming with profound knowledge in ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL programmingn
- Several years of experience (4+) in Visual Studio and TFSn
- A good command of English is a mustn
- Experience (4+) in Confluence and JIRA rest servicesn
