Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely completion as per the batch manufacturing schedule.

- Implement and maintain GMP/cGMP practices and regulatory compliance throughout the production process.

- Monitor chemical processes, raw material usage, and handling of intermediates and final products.

- Prepare and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, and warehousing for smooth plant operations.

- Lead troubleshooting of process deviations or equipment issues to minimize downtime.

- Ensure EHS (Setting, Health & Safety) standards are strictly followed.

- Conduct and assist in scale-up and validation batches for new product launches.

- Monitor and optimize equipment efficiency, chemical yields, and production cost controls.

- Train and guide production staff to maintain operational efficiency and safety standards.
