Job Title: Student Counselor - Study Abroad

We are looking for a Student Counselor to join our Study Abroad Consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their study abroad interests, and guiding them on suitable international education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call prospective students from the database and understand their interest in studying abroad.
- Counsel students on suitable countries, universities, courses, and study options.
- Explain admission requirements, intakes, scholarships, and other relevant opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and preferences to provide suitable guidance.
- Follow up with interested students and assist them through the initial counseling process.
- Maintain student information and follow-up details in the database/CRM.

Requirements:

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in international education and student counseling.
