We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer to design develop customize and maintain ServiceNow portals and applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow portal development scripting integrations and UI customization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portal components widgets pages and themes.
- Work with HTML CSS JavaScript AngularJS and ServiceNow scripting.
- Configure and customize Catalog Items Record Producers Client Scripts UI Policies and UI Actions .
- Develop and maintain Business Rules Script Includes and Glide APIs .
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs .
- Troubleshoot portal issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices security standards and coding guidelines.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Robust experience with Service Portal and ServiceNow scripting .
- Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and AngularJS .
- Good understanding of Service Catalog ITSM ACLs and Glide APIs .
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations .
- Strong debugging problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with UI Builder / Employee Center .
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification .
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
