- Job Summary

- We are looking for a agile and result-oriented HR Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves understanding client manpower requirements sourcing suitable candidates screening profiles coordinating interviews and ensuring timely closures.
- Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze manpower requirements from clients and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn internal databases references and other recruitment channels .
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills experience qualifications and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Negotiate and coordinate offers joining formalities and candidate closures.




- Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Candidate Profile

- Graduate/MBA/PG in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field .
- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruitment HR or Staffing .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing screening and candidate coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under deadlines.
- Target-oriented proactive and confident personality.
