Your responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Order entry in ERP Item master requisition customer master update Purchase indent & Production Order indent.
Coordination with Operations & QC for material readiness
Inspection coordination & receipt of Dispatch Clearance from customer
Internal Dispatch Instruction & coordination with internal logistics team for dispatch & delivery.
Submission of documents for payment
LD/Deduction details to accounts.
MIS & KPI Reports ( OTDP Sales (Booking & Billing) reports to Sales Account Owner etc.
