A Day in the Life
The Neurovascular operating unit focuses on technologies used in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke brain aneurysms and other neurovascular conditions through endovascular intervention. The portfolio supports interventional physicians with solutions for revascularisation embolisation and procedural precision across stroke and neurovascular care pathways.
The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving business growth customer engagement and account development across Rajasthan. This field-based role requires regular presence within hospitals catheterisation laboratories (cath labs) and interventional centres throughout the territory.
This is a remote customer-facing position with extensive travel across Rajasthan to support clinical procedures customer education stakeholder engagement and business development activities.
The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales performance market development and customer engagement across the assigned territory. This role partners closely with physicians clinical teams hospital administrators and internal stakeholders to support the adoption and utilisation of Neurovascular products while delivering against territory growth objectives.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Achieve annual territory sales objectives and business growth targets aligned with the commercial strategy and compensation plan.
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians key opinion leaders hospital decision-makers and clinical stakeholders across assigned accounts.
- Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities to expand product utilisation and territory revenue.
- Provide product expertise and procedural support to healthcare professionals during Neurovascular interventions and clinical cases.
- Conduct territory planning account analysis and business reviews to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing Finance Sales Operations and other cross-functional partners to execute commercial strategies and address customer needs.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback market intelligence and competitive insights to support business planning and portfolio development.
- Maintain accurate reporting forecasting and administrative activities in compliance with company policies and timelines.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- High School Diploma and 6 years OR Associates Degree and 4 years OR Bachelors Degree and 2 years of sales clinical or healthcare-related experience within medical devices MedTech healthcare or life sciences.
- Experience supporting sales activities within Neurovascular interventional cardiovascular peripheral vascular or other clinically related environments.
- Experience working within hospital operating rooms catheterisation laboratories interventional suites or similar procedural healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer accounts and achieve commercial objectives within a healthcare or medical technology workplace.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Rajasthan.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Neurovascular medical device sales including products used in interventional stroke procedures.
- Documented history of achieving or exceeding sales targets within a medical device or healthcare sales environment.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple levels within hospital systems.
- Clinical experience within an interventional suite hospital environment emergency medical response or related procedural setting.
- Experience supporting physician education product training or clinical adoption initiatives.
