Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Security Consultant with 10 years of experience including robust hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Security RBAC Security Console Data Roles Security Profiles SSO and IAM integrations . The candidate will be responsible for designing implementing troubleshooting and supporting secure access across Oracle Fusion HCM environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage Oracle Fusion HCM security architecture .
- Configure Abstract Roles Job Roles Duty Roles Data Roles and Security Profiles .
- Manage RBAC role provisioning user access and deprovisioning .
- Develop custom roles and security policies using Oracle Security Console .
- Implement and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) and security governance.
- Configure and troubleshoot SSO integrations with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD IDCS or Ping Identity.
- Work with SAML 2.0 OAuth and OpenID Connect .
- Troubleshoot authentication authorization login and access-related issues.
- Perform periodic access reviews audits and role recertification .
- Analyze Oracle HCM audit logs and security reports .
- Support security compliance requirements and internal/external audits.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for complex security-related SRs.
- Prepare and maintain security design documents role matrices and security mapping documents .
- Work closely with HR IAM Cybersecurity Infrastructure and Oracle Cloud teams .
