Principal Architect / General Manager India Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Architect / General Manager to lead our Architecture Design Multimedia Signage and Fit-Out operations in India.

The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural expertise with business leadership project management client development and team management . The role will oversee the India team while coordinating closely with the Saudi-based operations and supporting the companys expansion into external projects and new markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the India operations including architecture design BIM signage multimedia and project teams.

- Oversee the design and delivery of F&B; retail restaurant hospitality and fit-out projects .

- Manage and develop Architects Interior Designers BIM professionals and other technical teams.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to required quality standards.

- Coordinate with Saudi-based teams clients consultants contractors and other stakeholders.

- Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with external clients beyond Group projects .

- Lead client presentations proposals negotiations and project discussions.





- Establish design standards workflows quality controls and operational processes.

- Monitor project profitability resources timelines and overall business performance.

- Drive the growth and expansion of the India operation.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture .

- 12 years of experience in Architecture Design Fit-Out or related industries.

- Proven experience in F&B; retail hospitality restaurant and commercial projects .

- Previous experience managing architectural/design teams or an office is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of BIM architectural design construction documentation and project delivery .

- Proven experience in business development and client relationship management .

- Solid leadership communication negotiation and decision-making skills.

- GCC/Saudi project experience is highly preferred.

- Willingness to coordinate and work closely with international teams.
