FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – LUXURY MATTRESSESLocation: Pune Reporting To: Regional ManagerWe are looking for an energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executive to join a globally renowned premium and ultra-luxury mattress brand.WHAT YOU’LL DO- Scout and identify high-end bungalows, luxury residences, premium housing projects, hotels, and HNI customers.- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, market mapping, and referrals.- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers,



and HNI customers.- Meet prospective customers and introduce them to Sealy’s premium mattresses.- Follow up on leads and drive conversions to achieve sales targets.- Identify new business opportunities and keep track of developments in the local market.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in luxury, interiors, furniture, building materials, or premium consumer products.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.- Energetic, well-presented, and comfortable with extensive field travel.- Robust sales orientation with a hunter mindset and a passion for meeting targets.- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.If you enjoy meeting people, discovering new opportunities, and representing a premium luxury brand, we’d love to hear from you.
