We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Analyst to join our dynamic CLM International team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong relationships with our international partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving efficiency and accuracy within our financial operations.

Responsibilities

- Oversee End-to-End Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, matching, and approval.
- Manage Procure-to-Pay processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline P2P operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing during the US shift, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Monitor and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoice processing and payment.
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, suggesting process improvements.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

- Proficiency in using ERP systems and financial software, with a robust understanding of data analytics tools.
